Graham established RSC Westchester in 2013 and is its Founder and President. The business originated from a combination of his work with Opengate Inc, a Northern Westchester Special Needs Agency, and his role as the Program Director at OnTrack Sports Center, an indoor sports facility in Tarrytown, NY.
Graham also has a wealth of business experience was the CEO of Oriental Rug Importing Companies, Pande Cameron, and Fritz & La Rue, and later his consulting business Parlam LLC was contracted by a wide range of , including the World Bank and United Nations Development Programs in Nepal, (ESD).
Graham is the New York State Co-Director of Special Olympics soccer, and a Director of the Westchester Youth Soccer League. Graham has a USSF National “D” License, has coached youth soccer for 20 years, and is currently the Varsity soccer Coach at Roosevelt HS in Yonkers
Graham’s sports background includes playing International Rugby against the All Blacks, and training with a Professional Football team in England. Graham also played Field Hockey, Water Polo, Track and Field and swam at Varsity level in school. Graham ran two NY Marathon and competed in the National Masters Indoor track and field competition in his 50’s.
Under Graham’s guidance, what started as fun diversionary exercise classes has developed into a broad curriculum of adaptive programs developed to improve the Quality of Life for the Special Needs population. Since the addition of VP Latina Ferrer in 2022 the Company has grown dramatically and broadened its outreach significantly.
Latina Ferrer is a Change Agent with a Bachelor of Science in Recreational Therapy, and a Masters in Human Services with a concentration in Nonprofit administration. She has worked in the Human Services field for more than 15 years; teaching, creating, and advocating for programs which enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities and our elderly population.
Aya has been working in the arts education field for the last 17 years. She brings her passion for teaching, dance and movement to RSC Westchester through her fun and inspiring classes and workshops. Helping individuals reach their potential through patience, consistency and creative learning strategies.
Noel Rodriguez is a choreographer and dancer with 24 years of experience working in the US and internationally in Europe and Mexico. He began his training at the age of 14 with KR3Ts. Noel is an all-styles dancer, versatile in popping, locking, breaking, and house who has performed and shared the floor with many Hip Hop pioneers.
Marissa is a former athlete and head college coach, trained in working with individuals with special needs, children, and adults. She is currently working towards her Mental Health counseling degree and pursuing licensure to become a Mental Health Counselor.
Originally from Dublin, Ireland Adrienne is a ACE Group Exercise Instructor and AFAA Personal Trainer with extensive experience teaching all types of clients. She has been working in the health and fitness field for 30 years teaching Spinning, Zumba, Barre and Silver sneakers programs to name a few.
Hannah looks to meet clients where they are and cater activities so everyone gets the most out of their time with RSC. Having completed her Masters of Social Work at Fordham University she finds the personal relationships within our classes to be the best part of the job!
Solyaris has been dancing since she was child training in Jazz and tap. Her passion for dance led her to begin teaching and help others gain confidence through movement. She teaches all types of people and is now a Dance Fitness instructor with multiple qualifications in Zumba, Strong Nation, Aqua and AFAA. She has been working with RSC since 2022 bringing her exciting new and fun choreography to the program.
